RETURNS

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or require another size, we are more than happy to exchange (subject to availability) or alternatively issue you with an online store credit providing the following conditions have been met:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must have original tags, packaging, incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) attached and be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition. 
  • The postage cost of the exchange is at your own expense. Please note the items are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please use appropriate postal insurance/tracking to ensure it arrives back to us safely. 
*Please note we reserve the right to return item/s if they do not meet the above conditions and the return postage cost will be at the customers expense.

 

All returns for exchange will be issued with an online credit in the form of an e-giftcard which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Online credits will be emailed to you as soon as your return has been processed and can be used to purchase another size or item.

SALE ITEMS


We do not offer refunds/exchanges on sale items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED? 


We offer refunds on faulty items only. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the items for faults and notifying us within 10 business days of receiving the goods. If a fault is found in the garment after this time we may not accept it.
